FleaFlys Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the FleaFlys online store and purchases made through it. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.

About FleaFlys

FleaFlys is an online retailer using third-party suppliers to fulfill and ship products directly to customers. We do not hold inventory or operate a return warehouse. FleaFlys remains your point of contact for purchases, order support, returns, and refunds.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the authorization of a parent or guardian as permitted by law. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, or interference with its operation. Keep any account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Products and availability

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and availability information. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Supplier inventory can change, and an order may become unavailable after it is placed. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items. Nothing in these terms limits your rights if products do not match their description or are defective.

Prices, payment, and orders

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before you complete checkout. Any additional charges that apply to your purchase must be disclosed before purchase. Price changes do not retroactively change an accepted order. If a listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it, and you may decline a proposed correction and receive a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled as placed. We may refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill, and will refund payments for canceled orders.

Shipping and delivery

Third-party suppliers ship orders directly to the delivery address you provide. Items from different suppliers may arrive separately. Please review the shipping information provided before purchase and our Shipping Policy for processing estimates, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and any applicable import charges. We will inform you of known delays affecting your order. Delivery estimates do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy explains return eligibility, time limits, return shipping costs, and refunds. Contact FleaFlys before returning an item. Approved returns are sent to the supplier's designated address following our instructions, not to FleaFlys or the delivery carrier. Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment has started, except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We share information with suppliers and service providers as needed to process and fulfill orders, in accordance with that policy and applicable law.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Content on the store is owned by FleaFlys or used with the permission of its respective owners. You may use it for personal shopping purposes but must not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Consumer rights and responsibility

FleaFlys remains responsible for obligations imposed on it as the retailer under applicable law. Supplier fulfillment does not transfer those obligations to the customer or remove your mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively and do not change the terms of an existing purchase unless permitted by law and agreed where required.
